I purchased this vacuum through Amazon, received it early Dec. 2023. Due to holidays, work & travel I did not have a chance to open & set-up & use tge vacuum until mid-April, 2024. It seem to be working OK at first. However, if I need to set power suction to "high" setting the battery life is severely diminished to 12-15 minutes of use. I was out of town for 2 weeks, returned home & attempted to use my vacuum & it is now dead! I thought the plug may have come out of the wall or git bumped loose, as no lights are lit. Checked the plug, it was plugged in. Still not charging. Tested on a different outlet, still no lights & no charge. I took battery out & put it back in... nothing! I tried to contact Maircle Cust. service on-line, it was after hours so I sent an email. I got no reply. Waited 5 days, attempted to contact again during business hours, live chat feature on website does not work. I tried to call company after searching for Customer Service # on internet, no one answers the phone. Sent another email via their cust. support email page. Feeling very frustrated & beed to use my vacuum! It still looks new, as it has barely been used, yet it does not turn on or charge! Not Happy!! 😡

This vacuum is not worth the money. It operated for about three months then became difficult to charge and didn’t take a full charge. The company sent a new battery first then a new motor. Neither of those changes helped. They then reluctantly offered a new charger but that never arrived. This machine has been a huge expensive mistake. It is going to the trash and I will stick with a known manufacturer.

I was hoping to replace my big canister vacuum with this cordless stick vacuum. This stick vacuum is good for daily clean up but I’m afraid it lacks the power to get the deeper dirt. The battery does have a much longer run time than other brands so I can go over most of my floors. It gets the cat fur up from the hard floors and the upholstery attachment is wonderful. The roller brush that came with the vac does an ok job on very low pile carpet but it leaves a line of cat fur wherever I change direction, back and forth.

I spent a long time wondering if it was really worth the money to get this kind of cordless stick vacuum, and then researching to decide between this Maircle and a Dyson or other options, but I'm glad I chose the Maircle. Ultimately I got the Maircle because I liked that the batteries are removable and replaceable, while the Dyson battery is built in. The ease of use of a cordless, light weight vacuum is so much better than my old corded vacuum, and that alone is almost enough to make it worth the cost, regardless of the other features. You'll pick it up more often because it's way less of a hassle to use - I truly enjoy picking it up for a quick clean, rather than always ignoring the need to vacuum. It's extremely easy to maneuver, even under low furniture, way less noise than a traditional vacuum (video noise level is somewhat misleading, it's not super loud), all the pieces and parts feel durable and well made, the LEDs really do help show where dirt is that needs to be vacuumed, the lights on the vacuum let you know when it's clogged to empty the bins or clean the filter are helpful. While the actual capacity of the bin isn't overly huge, so it does need to be emptied more frequently, it's an easy habit to get into, and the smaller size is worth it to keep the overall weight manageable. I was worried the automatic suction level wouldn't be a great feature, but it's actually perfect. You see and hear it increase power over dirtier spots or when manually cleaning the internal filter with the attachment. The powered heads seem to pick up dirt well on rugs. I don't have a ton of thick wall to wall carpeting, but it seems to work fine there too. The hard floors attachment works to get finer dirt off hard floors. If you're sick of your old vacuum and considering a change, I'd encourage you to just go for it and get this thing... once you have it and use it, the cost won't bother you.

If I could be in love with a vacuum, this would be it! I just used it for the first time and I cannot tell you how wonderful it is. It is incredibly quiet and has a great amount of suction. I was amazed at how much it hair and dirt it picked up. It's also very lightweight. If you're on the fence about getting this vacuum, let me tell you, you won't be disappointed.
