Q1: How do I place an order?

Maircle is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. You can place an order by searching for your product and clicking "add to cart." Then, follow the instructions in the cart. We also recommend creating an account login to save your information for future purchases.

Q2: What information do I need to provide to make an order?

To process your order, we require the following information:
  • Your shipping information.
  • The phone number for order confirmation.
  • Payment method – credit card or Paypal.

Q3: Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated following the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Q4: How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

When I charge the vacuum battery it flashes red and won’t re-charge, what to do?

1. Please check if you use the original charger. If so, whether the charger is damaged in appearance?

2. Please check if the charger is fully inserted into the battery and the battery is fully inserted into the motor.

3. Please try different outlets.

How to act when the vacuum will shut down and the battery flashes red?

1. Please remove the floor brush and extension, check carefully for blockages and clean it.

2. Please make sure the battery is fully charged (The green indicator light is on when the battery is fully charged).

3. Please check if you use the original charger. If so, whether the charger is damaged in appearance?

4. Please turn on the vacuum motor without attaching any attachments, can it work normally?

The vacuum suction had been decreased, what shall I do?

1. Please remove the floor brush and extension, check carefully for blockages and clean it.

2. Please take out the filter cup and HEPA filter and shake the dust off after every usage, and put them back after cleaning.

3. Please replace the HEPA filter every 2-3 months.

 Battery life is not as good as it used to be, is there any fix?

1. Please check if you use the original charger. If so, whether the charger is damaged in appearance?

2. Please remove the floor brush and extension, check carefully for blockages and clean it.

3. If the battery can only run for 10 minutes in low mode, please contact the customer service via : service@maircle.com and we will help you.
