HEPA Filter

6 Months Warranty

Warranty only applies to HEPA that is still in its original packaging. Separately bought HEPA filters are not covered by the warranty.

Invalid purchase certificate or the expiration of the warranty period

Issues with non-quality (90 days after purchase, dissatisfaction with performance due to personal wishes, such as battery life, suction problems, etc.).

Damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the user manual.

Items purchased from unregistered vendors, misplaced or stolen for personal reasons.

Damage or defects caused by unauthorized maintenance or repair.
