Maircle guarantees total client satisfaction for every product. Within 90 Days of the product delivery to the specified address, we will provide you with a Free Return or Exchange.

Supporting us in returning your item will enable you to exchange it for another item or receive a complete refund.

Undamaged products may be exchanged within 90 days of the date of delivery to the designated delivery address or returned for a full refund.

Machines can not be returned or replaced for more than 90 days without quality issues.

Only items with a value lower than, equal to, or more than the original purchase price may be replaced, and the price difference must be paid for any item with a higher value.

For return or exchange, we will pay the shipping costs. Before returning the machine, please Contact Us to get a free return label.

Contact the retailer for a return or exchange if the machine was not purchased through an official Maircle store.

Accessories, HEPA filters, and other reconditioning equipment and accessories are not returnable or exchanged once sold.

Before returning or exchanging an item, please ensure it is complete with the product's trademark and logo, any included accessories, and the original quality and functionality. Any presents you may have received should be returned all at once. No machines that cannot be repaired, resold, or used as intended due to damage, missing components, intentional decorating, or other alterations will be accepted for return or exchange.

We will apply a refund of the actual amount paid by you Within 3-7 Working Days of receiving and examining the machines to ensure their integrity. All refunds will be applied on the original payment method of the purchase. Banks and other payment institutions may have an impact on the precise date of receipt.

Please Contact Us with the original purchase certificate or order number. We will handle the return according to our policy and guide you through the return process if necessary.

All returned equipment must be packaged with the original machines ( such as accessories, manuals, etc.).

After we have received and examined the returned item, we will either apply for a refund of the actual payment or exchange the machine in accordance with your request Within 3-7 Business Days.
