SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME:
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day. You will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner, USPS, FedEx, or UPS, containing your package’s tracking information.
If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
NOTE:
Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays and may delay due to external factors such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures.
Additionally, during promotional campaigns, delivery times may take longer than usual.
If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via service@maircle.com. We can give you the inside info. Alternatively, if you already have a tracking number, please check the status via the USPS, FedEx, or UPS Website.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
FREIGHT CHARGE:
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States are shipped from the United States warehouse. Some remote countries will be charged shipping fees according to the quotation of the logistics company.
TAXES & DUTIES:
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the recipient's responsibility and will not be covered by Maircle. For further details of charges, please get in touch with your local customs office.
